Tay Road Bridge Open
Photograph taken just two weeks after the opening of the road bridge. On the left is the new administration block, and there appears to be only one car at the tolls. There were two booths heading northwards, but three heading south. The extreme left booth allowed for extra wide vehicles. The observation platform here was removed in 1988, and the toll booths were removed following the scrapping of tolls in 2008.
