Newburgh Road
Street name plate for Newburgh Road. Newburgh Road originally was the name for the whole length of the main road through West Newport to the end of Wormit. The streets were re-named to the present day versions in 1962. There must have been several of these signs, but thanks to the detective work of Philip Owen, we have identified the location of this sign as being on West Road just to the west of Castle Brae.
