The Blythe Players put on their shows in the Blyth Hall and performed favourites such as Agatha Christie’s The Hollow (1959) and Charley’s Aunt (1964). Any information on the group, the drama, the play or the time would be much appreciated! Miss Rose's Dancing Class Early 1950s Miss Rose’s dancing group outside Blyth Hall in early 1950s. Winners of Fife schools dancing competition held at Kirkcaldy. Miss Rose was a much loved teacher in Newport from 1911 until the early 1950s.
